Important Information

Starter / Hero / Trophy / Premier Packages: e-tickets for Grandstand seats will be emailed to you approximately 10 days before the event. You will also require a lanyard accreditation if your package includes exclusive extras (such as the Pit Lane Walk or Track Tour); this will be posted to you separately.

Champions Club / Paddock Club / Legend Paddock Club Packages: these will be physical passes and will be posted to you approximately 2 weeks before the event.

If we are experiencing delays in shipping, or if you have placed your order within a month of the GP you are due to attend, your passes will be for Box Office collection during race week. The location & timings of this will be communicated to you seperately.

Grandstand seating is allocated at random. If you have a preference or specific seat request, please contact us here.
We will do our very best to meet your demand; requests are taken into account but not guaranteed.
Paddock Club Parking is available at most races and passes are available in conjunction with a Paddock Club ticket.
The Paddock Club parking lot is usually located a short walk from from the Paddock Club entrance. At some circuits, a Paddock Club shuttle will be available for guests to use.

All guest names must be submitted to us before attending the race weekend. 
Any name changes not communicated to us may result in guests being turned away, so please do contact us with any amendments we should be aware of.

To ensure all of our guests have the best experience possible, we ask that you advise us in advance of any particular dietary requirements and/or allergies that we should be aware of, as well as any accessibility requirements. 

If you have a hotel room as part of your package, please advise us at the time of booking whether a King or Twin bed configuration is needed. Please also tell us of your estimated arrival time to the hotel. Early check-ins can be requested but are not guaranteed.
